I hired Alyssa Coppolino back in May, I'm an
"experienced" lifter, I would go to the gym day after day, week after week, same routine.. I was making progress but I had hit a plateau.. enter Alyssa. She created a custom training plan specifically for my goals and we adjust as needed. Results were I'm heavier and leaner, more mobility and my conditioning has improved. She Hi-jacked my DNA and my body has responded. My mood has improved and my clothes fit better. The plans are easy to follow and will get you the results as long as you do the work your coach lays out, no more, no less, execute and succeed.

Alyssa is SO amazing at her job! She works so hard even when on vacation. She updated my app while on vacation with her family. Her monitoring and assertiveness are what stands out for her job. She’s always checking how I’m doing, if I have any questions in my training. Within her passion and guidance I was able to be approved in PARE test for Atlantic police academy.

I started working with Alyssa in late 2019 when I decided to get out of my introverted comfort Zone and compete in my first bodybuilding competition. I can’t say enough wonderful things about working with Alyssa - she is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping you achieve and exceed your fitness goals, and also inspires and leads by example. My workouts and nutritional guidance were customized around my specific needs as an aspiring figure competitor and adjusted as necessary when those goals were first delayed then changed completely as a result of gym closures and the eventual cancellation of my competition due to COVID. As long as you are willing to put in the work and stay accountable to yourself you will absolutely see results that exceed your expectations. Alyssa is kind, supportive, encouraging, and motivating and I could not have asked for a better coach!
I wanted to thank you so much for your support over these past few months. I finally feel like I’m in a good place. I’ve got my love for workouts back (woohoooo) and I’m more conscious of my food decisions, and can rein it in when it gets out of hand. I think I’m feeling good to move forward and still work towards my goal of getting under 60kg!

My journey with Alyssa began back in 2014 when I first started training with her weekly to regain strength and balance following 2 knee surgeries on my ACL. Prior to this, I completed numerous physio programs, worked with other personal trainers etc to get back to 100% following my injury but I could never just fully get there. That is when I approached Alyssa at our boxing gym to work with me and within weeks I started to notice a big difference in my mobility, stability and strength. Fast forward a few years I then completed a 12 week customized program to cut weight for a boxing fight. I never really liked going to the gym.... I always enjoyed playing sports far better than going to lift weights. Working with Alyssa definitely changed my attitude! She constantly switched up my workout routine so I was never bored of the same old exercises and incorporated many circuits and super sets to keep me motivated! Not to mention the results were noticable within the first week and after 12 weeks I lost 10 lbs to make fight weight. This was definitely the best I have felt ever and she made me see that making healthy choices while travelling was definitely possible. More recently, I messaged Alyssa again to put me on another program after I broke my collarbone. Again, she hit every aspect with the training program to keep me motivated and regain mobility and strength that I lost while being in a sling for 8 weeks. All throughout the years, Alyssa has turned into a great friend who I frequently ask advice for. She is far more than just a personal trainer ... she is a mentor, a leader, a friend, and definitely someone who is in your corner motivating you when you need it most!
